  • Are you by appointment only?

    Yes! In order to shop with us, we do require an appointment. This is to ensure that we have the staff on hand to properly assist you during your gown shopping experience!

  • Do you have a cancellation fee?

    No, we do not charge a fee to book with us, or a cancellation fee. We understand that life happens, and some things are out of our control!

  • How much time does it take for my dress to come in?

    It can take up to 3-5 months for your gown to ship from the designer, so we always recommend allowing yourself around 9-12 months to shop to ensure there’s time to complete your alterations.

  • When should I shop for bridesmaids?

    We recommend around 6 months to shop for bridesmaids gowns! Bridesmaids gowns take up to 2-4 months to ship from the designers, so 6 months would be plenty of time to allow for alterations!

  • How long should I expect for alterations?

    The alterations process takes around 10-12 weeks depending on what needs done! Our goal is to have your gown back to you about a month before your wedding.

  • Do you alter gowns that were not bought in your store?

    We no longer take any outside alterations, and only alter gowns that were bought in our store!
